New Helpdesk

Dear clients,

we welcome you to our new online helpdesk system. 

Additionally to our existing email support you can now use the new helpdesk system at http://support.graebert.com to post your support questions. With your support login you can now check the status of your reports and add updates to previous requests.

expressupdate doesn't work for my PowerCAD 7 Pro Engish or my Ares Commander.
Ares connects via FTP but I get am application error: FTP error changing directory to "XPressUpdate/ARES_Commander_Edition_English".
Current directory: "/".
PowerCAD says Status Connected, but "File download" results in nothing.

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit on at HP Z600 workstation.

Your ARES Commander version is not up-to-date. Please download and install the current version from our homepage:

http://www.graebert.com/en/cad/ares

XPressUpdate functionality is not used any longer for ARES. We show a balloon with update information inside the program, when an update is available.

Although installed in the owned notebook PC, can't it be used with desktop PC to own?
When a notebook PC breaks down, what should I do for installing again?

Dear YukioAki,
Yes, if you use ARES Commander program only once at a time, you can contact our licensing administration (licensing@graebert.com) to enable your product key for an additional activation.
If you PC breaks down, you should have at least your product key in your records. ARES Commander can be enabled on your computer as often you need a new installation.
