Notes Regarding Crash Dump Investigation

The crash dump investigation can only point out the direction, where same problems could be in the source code. So it is very helpful for us, but in less than 10 percent of the reported cases we can find a problem by crash dump investigation.

In the most cases it is much better to get a problem description or a example drawing or both to reproduce the problem here. Then we can debug the problem directly in the source code and test also the solution afterwards.
