Graebert User Account Problem During Product Activation

Please note that the user accounts between Graebert support help desk and the Graebert shop are different. Please use the Graebert shop account for your ARES product activation. Below the link to the login page:

http://store.graebert.com/de/component/virtuemart/?page=login.index

Alternatively you can select the email activation for ARES products.
